One thing I've noticed after years of exercise... I am willing to put in the effort neccesary to do the carb loading needed to win marathons... its the running part im not to keen on...

@freemo You can try my one minute workout! Do something really hard for one minute! Heavy squats, hill run, whatever. I do kettlebell swings.

@tonic Mostly, now that the employees are back at work its hard to do it when at work, but i try to keep the carbs low and supplemented it with exercise at lunch at the gym which me and my fellow employees are doing
