@freemo feather or kai blades 😅 ? I hope you have any splash at hand to treat the wounds afterward, if it is your first try with this one 😜
@certainlytwice I actually thought i did a great job, felt smooth and everything... then i notice im bleeding :)
These are from Vikings Blade, ill try the ones you suggest
I never really bothered with aftershave.. not really sure what the functional purpose is once the shaving is done?
@certainlytwice I usually dont like cologne but if its natural sents and doesnt really resemble cologne then I may like it. But im very picky with smells.. would have to be natural and something earthy like cedar smell... anything too smelly like cologne i wouldnt really like.
@freemo if you mean traditional cologne like 4711 or farina1709 it never last for a long time, like 2 hours. But the flavors are more citrus and nerouli (sweet). Regatding the AS the scent is generally ligth and do not last for a long time. If you like orange scent I do have Cedar/Orange splash too from that brand, the scent is very simple and natural. For purely woody scent Oud / Santal woods 😜
@freemo for the "traditionnel" it smells like wild herbs you could add on a slice of grilled meat 😋
@certainlytwice I could live with that :)
@freemo its primary role is to disinfect (not a bad idea when I do unexpected moves 😅) especially for the ones containing alcohol, but also to protect and hydrate the skin (glycerin). A last benefit is the scent 😍. The "traditionnel" aftershave from the brand I did mention also contain something like a dozen of natural oils selected by a pharmacian for their properties on skin : disinfection (sauge, rosemary, thyme), wound healing (sauge, tea tree), regeneration (lavender), etc etc. 1/ 2
@freemo And for this one the smell is great too :) even if one of my fav regarding the scent is their Bay Rum, infused with untreated fresh rose petals from their garden. 😍 2 / 2
