@freemo Yeah he did seem to turn quickly. As a critique of the interaction, maybe this set him off, you seem to be implying he's being PA, whereas I *think* you were saying you appreciated that he wasn't being PA? I'm used to your style of communication, and I am still not sure.

Neither. I was just pointing out explicitly stating you are ending the conversation is unneeded. If you have nothing left to add, then dont respond.
He was set off because he was trying to be passive aggressive and say "you arent welcome to contact me" but he wasnt using his adult voice and assumed people should read his mind.
@ambihelical Yea I assume the best too. I gave him the benefit of the doubt right up until that last message.
@freemo On your interpretation: perhaps. I find it hard to get those subtleties via text interactions (and irl as well), so I try to assume the best until they are blunt about something. Seems to keep things on the rails, but it's hard at times.
