Everything at #QOTO is now fixed and the all queues are response again. Sorry for todays slowness, but we found the last of the problems from the migration and now fixed that as well.

@freemo You were right, apparently qoto.org is in quite a few blocklists, but I found an instance to migrate data to, thanks.
@nm0i by the way you know we are not a v3 instance? Our version has no relationship to mastodons at this point. We are our own instance.
