Perfect example of why I just cant bring myself to vote for Biden despite hating Trump... I just cant in my right mind be associated with people who act this way.

@freemo I'm absolutely sure you have more and better reasons, and I do not want to make you change your mind, but this doesn't seem like a good reason. I suspect no matter which name you cross on the ballot, you will have made the same choice as some truly deranged people.
Maybe you can write in someone obscure ? But at that point you might as well abstain.
@spoltier huh? There are tons of people on the ballot, its not like there are only two choices on the ballot or something.
@freemo I have to say I didn't know exactly how it works! Looks like different states have different people on the ballot even for the presidential election.

@spoltier @freemo it's not really THAT hard to get on the ballot for president in at least one state, but doing it in all states is a much bigger deal. Having teams with experienced people to do that is one of the things the national party organizations do - handling the petitions to get someone on the ballot, and in some cases challenging the petitions of other possible candidates.
This is true, and effects even the biggest parties. We have already seen this with r3publicans/trump being blocked by the judicial system in tbr upcoming ballot.
