@freemo
Same. I could be on one of those Titan subs and still be pissed that “Unknown Caller” popped up.

@Darkayne I'd literally be 2 seconds away from implosion and they would hear back on the sonic phone "I dont recognize this number, whose this!?"

@freemo
I used to run a program on my old xp computer back in early 2000s that would answer the call for certain numbers. My grandmother used to get spam calls all the time so I set it up with a recording of my grandmother saying “hello?” And then blast them with a train horn or siren and a bunch of looney toon sounds. Fun times listening to the recording of their reactions. Doesn’t work anymore with no one on the other end now lol

@Darkayne I have a vague recolection of doing something similar.. something with the voip stuff... i cant remember what the hell it was, or even if i am even remembering correctly...

cool though

@freemo Back in the early days of cellphones in India, tariffs were charged for every call connected. So to save money folks used to use missed calls as a sort of pager to ask people to come over or call them on the landline.

@freemo I’m more surprised that (if his phone was not the old dumb one) he did not used maps with gps.
