If you told someone to ‘be a leader and not a follower, wouldn’t they become a follower by following your advice?

This is to create the same confusion so that one can be compelled to think.

Things can be one and the same, at the same time... or seen in the similar or differential lights depending on the observer or what they aim is.
In this case a Leader is a follower at the same time... though could be varying amounts which is what simplistic or scientific ways don't grab as easily in 1's and 0's (i.e. Leader could be 0.8 some thign and 0.125 something and 0.2 something else etc etc then also vary that according to mood or scenario).
My question to you is why post about following the advice to be a leader or follower making you xyz... ?
