I listened to this audio so feel free to listen and let me know what you think where it might be wrong.
I know things can be wrapped inside a bad outer layer or the person has alterior motives (also happy to hear how) but the basic principles seem not horribly wrong or too misguided.

Audio I edited is ~30mins from original on page (~40mins) and I converted to mp3 because for some reason it was uploaded with a ~400mb wav file for the ~40mins! So this save space as-you-listen in that respect!
