About running a server / maintenance and not going insane...
Hey @freemo, I wanted to ask if you have any tips for other admin or general wanna-be leaders / task managers out there about how to balance things and anything to remember when things might seem like they don't work trying. As long as you like.
Also if you have any better outlets towards being so relaxed when it does get tough that's welcome too.
Anyone else who manages stuff welcome too.

@freeschool I work 80+ hours a week... Im not the guy to ask about balancing things. My solution is to just live on a beach while im working :)
