@sergeant Probably is true for the 'used to it' factor, but overall not always justifying it.
If trying nearer to perfection or just "better" in your diet you would surely have less than 50 cups per week :) Ok exaggerated... But a possible improvement simply with less rather than more - "what could be easier!!"
I guess it's a mental aid too as it changes the brain, give high/low etc... ?
@freeschool I drink about 4 or 5 cups p/day. I'm used to it so no, no effect on my training.
