On the AI note, I guess it's really tempting to use existing art same way I would to represent something pulling it from internet - but nowadays I use only #creativecommons media or stuff people totally shared even without attribution so I would guess that's the best way or phasing out the copyrighted stuff somewhat or finding direct replacements also to give more credit / encourage the practice of using true shared art... and less commercial... and get them on Mastodon too to say "cool artwork", including remix like it sounds like you like to do which I'll have a look at sometime if you want...
