Twitter 在封掉了 #mastodon 官方推号后，又开始禁止用户发布源于 fedi 实例的链接。看了一下，并不是自动判定链接的来源是否为 fedi，而就是手动拉了个黑名单。不限语种，也不管实例如今是否还存活；大概就是把 instances .social 那个网站列出来的，所有 2000 个用户以上的实例全拉黑了……

不合时宜这一期邀请德国埃森大学医学院资深病毒学专家陆蒙吉谈新冠防疫政策的播客太值得听了！感觉是目前我听过的相关讨论中，观点最中肯客观的。期待推荐去仔细听一遍，之后应该就可以弄清楚“什么人需要尽量打疫苗（尤其是第四针）” “疫苗可不可靠，如何看待副作用风险” “年轻人今年春节要不要返乡” “哪些药物值得买”“如果用药有哪些注意事项” “从专家的角度为什么建议不要吃中药”，甚至还比较直接地指出了国内目前的问题有什么，又有哪些补救的建议，个体又可以做些什么，等等……
这些天大家在网上争论的很多话题，都可以在这期播客里找到专业又深入的解答，而且并不晦涩，讲得真是太好了。

搜了一圈白纸革命女性的报道，看到很多报道中说：白纸革命中的女性身影。很厌恶，这就是一贯男权视角的报道，里面的含义就是，啊，这里面还有女性呢。就一贯报道男性，顺便（勉为其难）提一笔女性的意思。

我无法赞同，无数视频证明各地白纸革命都是女性领导，女性站出来，女性演讲，女性坚持，被抓得更多的也是女性。

跟伊朗一样，这是一场女性领导的革命。

这才几天就出来抢功了。

Many years later, a panel of glass was set into the ground to mark the spot. It’s a window. Leaning over you can look into a room below. 很多次嘟嘟都是说过类似的话了，但又碰到类似问题栽跟头了，或者感想回来了。总之今日份的是：

很多传统意义上我们认为是能休息的行为并不能得到想要的结果，最典型的例子是躺着刷sns，往往会感觉到持续疲惫。此时如果能出去玩或者锻炼或者看戏等等，做这些听起来会让人疲惫的事情，反而会兴奋起来。

精神上的疲惫需要的是精神上的养料。
