Differentiating wicked and tame problems is a necessary skill (IMO) especially as we look to solve so many more problems (my field is education which creates problems daily). As I have assumed more leadership roles myself, know what types of problems my colleagues and I are solving tells us how to approach solving them and how to go about framing our solutions.
