Sweden is a socialist county, or was it in the past anyway, the socialist beer was called “folköl” (engl = peoples beer) its still exists, you can buy it everywhere.
It is so weak that you can’t get drunk on it.
I never buy stronger beer that is sold only in the state owned liquor stores called “Systembolaget”
Low-alcohol beer is quite common, and even outside of socialism. It is used as a flavored drink not to get drunk with the added benefit that it has just enough alcohol to act as a slight preservative and disinfectant.
@garyackerman hahah valid :)
