Maybe we start helping students evaluate such claims in math class.
I want to know the starting salary for the position, the range of time for promotion, and the starting salary for that position.

125k? So we'll past 3x the minimum wage?
Basically, "we'll pay you whatever we feel like and expect no questions"... some people must either be stupid or desperate. Considering the homelessness ATM... Another conjecture could be made...
