Someone somewhere needs to read this before you attend conference this fall: Your rambling reflection on the keynote is not a question... we know it got you thinking.. and your mind is swimming... please avoid grabbing the microphone to prove you have incomplete (but energizing) thoughts. We believe you.

Yeah... those “trends in the data” you are touting or bemoaning are probably just regression to the mean.

If your primary role is to prevent problems from reaching your boss, you are not “part of the team."

All generalizations (including those that are contradictory) are always accurate for a minority sub-population.
