Creativity is inspirational (I think it is better if we...), structural (we can improve how this is done), or situational ; (in these circumstances, we can do this...)

If end users are not involved in your design, you are wasting your time.

"We are not going to allow remote participation in meetings" and "We are an inclusinve organization" are mutuallt incompatible.

Hybrid meetings are a permanent part of professional life. Please stop having side conversations during meetings. Remote participants only hear garbled speech when you do.
