In the decades I have been working with computers and students, I have found that students are very content following reasonable rules about computing that are well-explained to them. Explaining the potential threats is more effective than punishments when adults want to promote network security.

When we say “everyone has their own truth” we ignore the fact that what happens and how one interprets it are different. We can observe the save set of circumstances, interpret it differently, and both be correct.

We live in an environment of limitless data, some of it collected in reasonable ways, some of it collected in unreasonable ways, much of it just made up.

Our technological powers increase, but the side effects and potential hazards also escalate.
