Student to IT:
"The instructor's directions don't work, I've tried and tried."

IT logs on to the course, looks at the instructions... the instruction and screen shots in their course were dated 2012.

Responding to accurate observations with incredulity tells me all I need to know about your leadership.

When I was a high school student in the early 1980’s I had no interest in computers. As an undergraduate student, I realized they were useful to me. That perspective has served me well all these decades.
