There are certain colleagues who will rant and try to engage you in angry dialogue… waiting 3 seconds after they end and saying OK tends to make them walk away in a huff. Ty it. It’s fun to watch them.

Many potential customers or clients check your web site first. If they end up calling only to be told information that is contrary to what is on the web, you are alienating them.
