Want to “improve communication?” Maybe begin with answering email conversations that you start, answering your phone, answering questions in meetings.

I worked with a person who had a long history working in films recently. My cousin worked as an extra in one of his films decades ago! Spooky?!?! Not really. Just a coincidence.
