First one who define learning as the ability to remember stuff annoy me. Sure that part of it, but if we stop there, then our students will not be well-served.

Humans have used technology to support cognition for a long time—a very long time. We will adjust to the most recent inventions too.

Computers used to only follow strict rules. Probability has been introduced recently. Humans generally don’t like probability getting in the way of their cause and effect answers.

Science is a valuable endeavor for humans. It is through these efforts to understand how nature works that we fulfil our curiosity, contemplate our place in the universe, improve the health of humans, and otherwise affect our environments.

Curriculum is also divided into subjects that are artificial.. In the real world, one encounters problems that necessitate understanding many concepts that are treated in isolation in schools.

"Smart" is very difficult to define if we all want to concur.

The fact that serious scholars are studying bullshit indicates how far we have fallen... but the work is fascinating.
