I distrust all leaders incapable of saying what’s wrong with their plan.

How you act and react when faced with contrary evidence or unexpected results tells a lot about you. I can spot those who have a background in science (or at least approach problems with a science-like mind set) and I give their ideas more credence.

If you can’t say why you are not qualified for a position, you are not qualified for it.
