For #March I’ve decided to do 30 min of #yoga every #morning for my physical and #mentalhealth. #Today was day 2 and I’m feeling good. If you struggle with #mornings , try just 15 min of gentle exercise and a glass of cold #water on waking. I put my water bottle in the fridge at night so it’s glacier cold. Really helps me!
