When #life gets busy and stressful, it’s MORE important to prioritize #selfcare. My #yoga commitment waned a bit with some deadlines last week and I missed 4 consecutive practices 😅. But back at it #today and signed up to try #noom to log and keep building #healthy habits. I struggle to find motivation for home workouts and miss the #gym but no way would I #workout in a building full of unmasked heavy breathers! 😷 How do you find #motivation for healthy habits?

@girls_can I find online groups for checking in are helpful as well as texting daily with my mom about our health and wellness goals - eating protein regularly throughout the day and drinking water.
