I'm coming to a point in my life when my ambitions have shrunk, and it feels so glorious.

I am no longer ashamed to say that I love small things. Smaller communities have always been more meaningful to me. Small businesses, modest but achievable goals, political ideologies that scale to thousands instead of millions. My dreams are small enough for me to live inside.

It's my goal to live in such a way that my gravestone can say "she attended well and faithful to a few worthy things."
