I counted them. Feynman’s total publications were about 48 or 49 papers throughout his career. Well, it is still below for most of us yet they are very impactful, launched new areas like nanotechnology and quantum computing. I need to slow down and focus on meaningful work and publications rather than rushing to generate and compile publications.
@hasmis I wouldn't say so. Because he was a quantum physicist. Things that he worked like quantum electrodynamics (QED), superfluidity, quantum computing and even nanotechnology are derived from quantum mechanics. He didn't work on black holes, cosmology and things like that. He was quite specialist. We see more generalists in our time.
@goldclusters I'm just going by the lectures on basic physics, and his famous Shuttle o-ring demonstration. He inspired me for basic physics.
