For desktop OS I am currently using Pop!_OS, Ubuntu, ChromeOS, and MacOS.

What are you using? I'm simply curious :)

Appologires for saparating ChromeOS from Linux. But given that you have to sell your soul to Google to go ChromeOS I thought it merited the separation ;)

@LynxBaal Mint is nice. I used it for a little bit a while back.

@gpowerf still dealing with windows for the whole gaming deal, but linux when I can.

@Hdgone I used to have to deal with Windows for work. Glad I don't have to use it anymore.

@gpowerf mostly using windows, macOS, and Linux (popos) trying to get into Linux stuff more but multimedia and gaming can be rough sometimes.

Ideally, I’d try a Linux on an ultrabook (like the Framework or maybe a starbook) or something to slowly move off of my MacBook. Mostly web and word processing.

@gpowerf Wish I could select multiple choices! I'm in a similar situation as you are in that I use multiple OSes. I use Mac OS as my daily driver, Linux as my hobby, and Windows for gaming.

@gpowerf Not sure if it's a reflection on your audience, or on Mastodon's audience, but this poll has some very interesting results, haha

@nabdn I knew it was a Linux heavy crowd, but I wasn’t expecting it this heavy. Anyway, no wonder I like it here 😄

@gpowerf As somebody else pointed out, multiple selections would have been nice. I chose Windows as it's the one I use most, but second to that is MacOS. I do a lot of Linux stuff too, but not desktop Linux.

I think each has its strengths and weaknesses and I like them all equally. 🙂

@gpowerf I use #macOS and #Android as my daily drivers … but also have an #ubuntu #linux laptop: ArmagetronAdvanced is a VERY good game!
