I have to say my first experience of Steam Deck support was super sub-optimal! I was reporting an issue with a Steam Deck Verified game and all I got was generic suggestions about making sure my Steam Deck was fully patched and that the game I was trying to run was verified.
@gpowerf They probably get a gajillion reports that can be solved with this approach.
