@Surasanji I just blocked that guy on qoto that suddenly put up a zillion weird one-liners. If I want a migraine I'd look at the main feed, and then take my Canadian Sugar. :)
@hasmis Likewise, if you feel someone is spamming, let us know. I can't promise the resolution you might want, but I won't ever hold it against someone to look at their concerns. :)
@hasmis I like the one I am on. I see no hate or spam, just my quiet science. It makes me happy. I suppose it depends on the instance you are in?
@Nyoei Like Dave says, I was sipping from the firehose of the 'total' stream. If that goes up much more, it will unreadable.
@hasmis The structure here is a little different than other platforms. Here at #qoto we haven't (that I'm aware of) silenced any stream, only some individual users who post racist or hateful content. We also block advertisers.
So, here, if you step into the federated feed you'll see just about everything anyone is posting. If you have a major issue with anything you see, though, let us know. I'm on all the time and try to answer moderation requests ASAP.
