**Google breaks me up** This is not like the at&t days. These things go so slowly that the company just dies by itself. However, this is a good signal that AI will prove to be their demise.
@hasmis This sort of thing has happened time and time again, huge corporations get split up but NOTHING changes or nothing is put in place to stop the next startup becoming huge. The issue is with the whole system, that allows the few to make huge amounts of money off the many, and treat workers like they are not worth very much.
Capitalism should die, surely.

I agree there, make the rich pay more and ensure that the services that are needed are funded properly,.
