I wish I had an answer for you. Sadly people are assholes, at least a lot of them. It is hard to live in a world and avoid that simple fact.
You're options are, be around it and fight an endless battle against it, or avoid being exposed to it in any way. I'm afraid there isnt much else you can do but pick one of those, whichever one would make you happy.

I honestly do think youd be happier on another instance. There are many instances out there that are very aggressive on suspending accounts. You could easily have a safe space where you cant even see federated servers that have nazis (here you can still see such servers).
