The combined weight of animals bred for food is now ten times the combined weight of all wild mammals and birds put together.
77% of the world's farmland is used to graze animals or produce crops to feed animals.
@Elephantidae @freemo I am an example of someone who recently found Qoto from the join site. I think that the issue seems to speak to a serious question as to whether or not Mastodon is a decentralized federation or if from a practical standpoint, it has access determined by one person. And of course, I joined this instance because I felt it best met my interests, but also so I could interact with others in different instances.
Succumbing to the strategy of an attack by nefarious agents doesn't make Mastodon a safe or a welcoming place. All instances ought to see that as a vulnerability that needs to be combated.
I have added an addition section to the end of my article
# Eugen Rochko, CEO of Mastodon, Found to Support Nazi’s Agenda
It is four points listening the consequences of Eugen's decision.

Meet the Flock #1: Skippy. The boss of the flock. I shall tell his story in subsequent toots. #Defaidodon
Are you more bothered by how this preferred pizza topping data is visualized or that 42% of survey respondents love pineapple on their pizza?

I will never understand why people are so averse to diversity.
I like seeing trans people speaking to each other with idioms I don't get, cute girls speaking a language I can't recognize, or gay dudes priming and posing in random pics.
Seeing shit that is not for me makes me feel like I'm part of a much bigger world that still has space for me to learn and grow.
That's a big place of comfort for me. The bottomless nature of the human experience means we all have space to be fully who we are.
That's pretty cool.
Been so busy 😮💨. But I wanted to share my latest episode, goshuin/御朱印, beautiful ink and vermillion stamps you can collect from temples and shrines all over Japan.
Here are some pages from my most recent goshuincho.
