Génial ! Un wikipédia en toki pona (oui, j'ai craqué : avec Anki je m'y suis remis, ai créé mon propre deck Anki et tout et tout). Une fois que l'on a appris le vocabulaire de base, les articles sont lisibles.

Toki Pona
2019/08/31 ~ TORAZAKANA
toki! mi kama sona e toki pona.
Hello! I’m learning the toki pona language.
It is a language with only approximately 120 basic words which you mix and match to form sentences that expresses what you want to say.

Toki pona does not have any native speakers as it is a constructed language created by the Canadian linguist and translator Sonja Lang. Everyone learns from each other in communities on Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.

Toki pona challenges the way you think with its limited vocabulary.
I highly recommend language lovers to give this language a go!

Resources are all scattered about so I have compiled a list of resources that I am using, or am going to use. Do google for more resources though!

Toki Pona is a very fun language that contains only about 123 words. I first learned about Toki Pona from /r/minimalism on Reddit.com. Toki Pona is so much fun to speak because it encourages the speaker to change each idea they would like to communicate into a very simple form. Speaking in Toki Pona is almost like trying to solve a contextual puzzle. The benefit to learning to use Toki Pona is not really for communication, as the community is still quite small albeit growing. The benefit I have found is the joy in discovering different ways of communicating each idea. Sometimes you will be very specific and detailed, chaining words together to adequately communicate what you are thinking. Though the magic happens when you realize you only needed 5 words, and could have let context fill in the blanks.

it would be a literal crime if I included Esperanto here without including my favorite conlang. Toki Pona's numbering system is next to non existent, so it can be adapted into seximal without changing anything at all.

Toki Pona Learning Resources
Xu Jie

I introduced toki pona, a fun artificial language, to everyone, now I recommend some learning resources for toki pona that I know. There are not many people learning toki pona at present, so there are not many resources. It is estimated that there should be no more than 100 people who know toki pona at present. These people sometimes meet at the International Esperanto conference.

Toki Pona on Duolingo!

What is toki pona?

Toki Pona is a conlang with only 120 words. It has simple grammar, and is easy to learn. It is based on Taoist principles, and prefers simplicity over clarity. Today, it is the second most spoken conlang, under Esperanto, and with around the same number of speakers as Klingon.

--

Why should I learn it?

Without having to worry about bunches of new words to learn, you can concentrate on the grammar.

Languages can be tough to learn. Learning toki pona will give you the confidence necessary to finish that other language tree

Learning about “direct objects” and other grammar topics in a setting like toki pona can make it easier to understand in another language.

It’s relaxing to learn, and a fun challenge.

It’s easy enough that you’ll never burn out, but challenging enough to give your brain a workout!

It’s important to use your language in real life as soon as possible. With toki pona, you won’t feel nervous that you don’t know enough words of grammar to have a conversation. That confidence can carry over into other languages!

Only having a vocabulary of 120 words will help you see the world differently.

toki pona shares similarities with many other languages you may plan to study, giving you a jump start.

It uses the Latin script, meaning there will be no technical issues in the Incubator.

It’s design is rooted in the principles of Tao. How cool is that!?

Why on Duolingo?

Other conlangs are being made and taught on Duolingo. Esperanto has been one of the most popular additions to Duolingo. Toki Pona is one of the largest conlangs, and would fit right in.

Toki Pona is a language constructed by Sonja Lang using a lexicon of just 120 words. A thought expressed in Toki Pona is a thought boiled down to its essence.
This app is the beginnings of a crowdsourced phrase dictionary, to be powered by a collection of semi-automatically translated texts. Until then, enjoy some simple word-for-word translations with syntax highlighting.

What you see above is the entire vocabulary 123 words of Toki Pona a ConLang - Constructed [=madey-uppy] Language like Esperanto [prev] or Interglossa [prev] or GoT's Dothraki. It was invented by a Canadian linguist and translator now known as Sonja Lang and previously as Sonja Elen Kisa. Toki Pona means good talk in Toki Pona and that 'pona' particle is indeed laden with value. It is A Good Thing to have a Reduced Instruction Set RIS vocabulary because it forces users to be careful in their choice of words. Right Speech is, after all, one of the Buddhist precepts on the Noble Eightfold Path.
