Fiction that surrounds a single workplace and, of course, the 💘 romance 💘 that happens, makes me wonder:
Why don’t all these (fictional) workplaces ban romantic/sexual relationships between staff? Other than the fact that it wouldn’t be a good story without it, of course.

Why would anybody ban that kind of thing? I'm not even sure is legal; it is a clear violation of a very basic freedom, from my point of view. And people would do it anyway; you would be only forcing them to hide it.
Which could be good fiction material, by the way. Forbidden love always works.
