It cleary and searingly says the true thing (even if in question form): Apple and Google's claims that they should rule our phones *because they can be trusted to* are bullshit. Always have been. Yo adoro que me contesten, estoy en una red social que fomenta la conversación, y no voy a ir por la vida pidiendo permiso para contestar. Porque además seguro que eso tampoco les gusta.
Si sé que a alguien no le gusta, no le contestaré, pero por una cuestión de educación.
Si no quieren que les respondan, siempre se pueden montar un blog con Wordpress, activar el plugin de ActivityPub, y desactivar los comentarios del blog. Así podrán soltar todos los tooths que quieran sin que nadie les pueda contestar (y si alguien lo hace, no lo verán). Y si no, que pidan a los desarrolladores poder bloquear los comentarios en los tooths por defecto.
¿Qué sentido tiene una red social en la que nadie responde a nadie?

Que no, hostias. Que el mundo no se está volviendo ultraderechista "porque sí". Se está volviendo ultraderechista porque hay dinero para invertir. Para invertir en prensa, en influencers, en redes sociales, en "crear opinión". Lo de "MENAS", "inquiokupa", "¿comía jamón?", "jovenlandés", etc. No son espontáneos.
Billonarios están invirtiendo mucho dinero para que esto sea así. Para que sus empresas de fabricación de armas vendan más, para tener litio barato, para tener petroleo barato, para tener mano de obra barata.
Unos pocos se están cargando la democracia sin necesidad de golpe de estado, solo llenando tu vida de noticias ultraderechistas para que pienses "bueno, algo de cierto habrá".
Y si no funciona, llevarán la democracia militarmente como han hecho en Siria y harán en breve en Venezuela.

Alucinando con las novedades del CES. Todos los equipos que me llegan son Copilot+ que llevan NPUS con nosecuentos Tops y sus muertos a caballo todo IA ready y si te descuidas te meten un putisimo avión dentro. Mientras, mi nuevo MiniPC es un i5 con 12 nucleos y 1,3 GHz, 16 de RAM, SSd de 512 y GPU integrada, y con Linux no me hacen falta pijadas (y vale cuatro veces menos). Alucino con la potencia que pide ahora un Windows y todo el mundo picando. Ni el League of Legends a toda hostia.

And before you say "Companies aren't your friend" PUNISHING THEM FOR FIXING THEIR MISTAKES WON'T MAKE THEM DO THE RIGHT THING EITHER. If other people, or companies, see someone get punished for both messing up AND fixing the mistake, they just won't bother at all!
