I don't know if I am just getting old or if it is the state of the internet now but I am getting more and more nostalgic for the way things were in the early 2000s. Back when I was excited for new tech to come out knowing it didn't come with a monthly subscription and corporations spying on me. At least the #fediverse is a breath of fresh air in that regards.

I don't want AI in my electronic medical record to try to summarize other clinicians' notes, or to listen in on my conversations with my patients to try to write my notes for me.
