La verdad es que no. Escribir nombres de variables en snake_case es un estilo tan válido como otro cualquiera. Sin ver el resto del código, entiendo que lo usan de forma consistente, y si es así no veo el problema. Otra cosa es que me digas que parece haber un desarrollador en el SEPE que hace la guerra por su cuenta, porque usa snake_case cuando los demás tiran de CamelCase, pero eso tampoco explicaría qué tiene snake_case de malo por sí mismo, que es lo que dabas a entender originalmente y me daba curiosidad.

@andros ¿Quién ha hablado de eso? Tú has dicho que usaban snake_case en js como si fuera algo malo, y yo quería saber por qué te parecía eso algo malo.

@BitBun Oh, one more thing: there's something wrong with the CSS of the page, at least with Seamonkey on Linux. Element div#main has an inline rule that says "display:none". I have to disable it if I want to see the page.

Is it just me? My assumption is that there's some js code that undoes that rule, and it's not executing in my browser for some reason.

@galdor@emacs.ch One of my heroes in Tech is Phil Zimmermann, the creator of PGP. He is one of my heroes because the only time we ever interacted (through email, maybe twenty years ago), I asked him a very stupid question and he answered quickly and kindly.

I understand that you're absolutely right, but there's also something to be said about being kind to newbies, because they will always ask stupid questions. That's just how it works. We all have, at some point, asked stupid questions, and the way the other person deals with them makes all the difference.

@BitBun There is a slight mistake in the furigana, I think. The kanji in 難しい, is interpreted as む instead of as むずか. Not an expert, though, so I may be wrong.
