Using an uncomfortable pronoun to people with gender dysphoria inflicts a mental pain on them.. I am not aware of any alternative solution to that and personally i don't mind using the pronoun on which they look i just really hate `they/them` and `xe/xhe` and shit alike.

Why is it unethical to continue with the current treatment for gender dysphoria by giving the affected people the option of a reconstructive surgery if it enables them to have a close to normal life instead of being locked up in a mental hospital?

I don't have a political opinion on that subject and i highly doubt that any licensed surgeon would proceed with liposuction on a malnurished patient (hypocratic oath).

I am not against giving Munchausen patient sugar pills and making them feel like we are curing the disease that they are convinced that they do e.g. instead of chemo giving them a ringer with laxative and things to make them feel bad or even other medication so that they temporarely lose hair and feel like they are going through a chemo on an imaginary cancer.
Like why would i be against it? It seems to have a major positive impact on their mental health that enables them to manage it..

I don't find it ethical to force such medical procedure on someone what i am doing is to provide my point of view and informations i know about it for the invidual in question to make an informed decision. you can quite easily change the form of a clay after it was shaped and dried to pretty much indefinetly as long as it's hydrated enough.
It gets complicated when you apply a glaze on it as that then has to be broken off in other to shape the clay..

Clay by itself doesn't turn into a solid when you put it into a kilm.. they have to add additives for it to have glass translation temperature instead of turning into a crumbly dirt.

I utilize this with making CAD designs by using clay and then constraining the shape using a hot air station to design ergonomic designs.
I agree that this is not possible with clay that has additives.
