Took me 23 hours to learn rust and i am teaching it to people who are able to use it in less then 6 hours per person including 12 yo kid that didn't even knew what programming is.

It's not a complicated task you just have to understand binary and how it is calculated and the basic primitives namely conditions, loops and functions in order to use all C-style langs and to learn them efficiently
