Stop saying 'off-ramps', those are NATO thing meant to stop a sudden escalation so that the conflict can be resolved diplomatically/legally.
Russia does NOT share our strategic culture and they know that they don't have any legal ground to annex ukraine's territory so off-ramps are only encouragement to further escalation.
