Statement by President von der Leyen on Russian accountability and the use of Russian frozen assets
1️⃣ She has proposed to set up a specialised court, backed by the United Nations, to investigate and prosecute Russia's crime of aggression.
2️⃣ She also announced that the EU will work with international partners to ensure that Russia pays for the devastation it caused, with the frozen funds of oligarchs and assets of its central bank.

If you are an affected user then be careful about who's calling you as this information can be used for "spear phishing"[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing#Spear_phishing] meaning someone calling your phone number and addressing you by your name to scam/blackmail you.
