@letterror The Tumblr guy (Matt Mullenweg) recently said you should be able to “choose your algorithm”. Ideally the tweaked algorithms can be saved and shared, so anyone can be involved in evolving good parameters for different users (and different moods of the same user).
"In some cases they will be ... redevelopment or refurbishment on an existing site or a new wing of an existing hospital"
I'm sorry, but no matter how much you want to believe it, a new wing of an existing hospital - by definition - is not a new hospital.

Ben Nevis by moonlight 🌛
One of my favourite images of Scotland's highest mountain, taken during some breathtaking conditions last winter.
It was one of those nights when you barely needed a head-torch as the light of the moon was so bright.

#Brexit is dead.
Tories mull Swiss-style ties with Brussels — which means FoM returns.
Which is nice.
But this is a flag raising exercise to see how much virulent opposition there is to it.
Ergo, it won’t happen.
Which isn’t nice.
UK Politics: Post-Brexit Trade Agreements
‘Not Actually Very Good’
Britain’s Post-Brexit Trade Agreements with Japan & Australia
Ellie Newis reviews two of the flagship free trade agreements that were supposed to reignite the UK economy – two newly-negotiated deals that should have showed off the possibilities of a post-Brexit world.
However, when the Government’s own data is analysed on the performance of the deals, their failures become patently clear. As the Government’s former Environment Secretary has now admitted, the Australia deal in particular is “not actually very good”.

I’m off. For the first time this year I’m properly off for a whole week, Saturday till Monday. It feels fabulous. I’m probably going to be ill, because my body can just give up for a week finally. Obviously I don’t want to be ill, I want to be reading, writing and travelling. #holidays #annualleave #relax #relaxing
Why is Brexit so rarely mentioned when it is such a major contributor to the UK’s woes?
