@badtakes somewhat. If you pay attention to the mastodon goings-on, there are servers that run the risk of defederation and such. Mastodon has its own set of problems, but not yet the problem of a memelord billionaire.
She's going to shoot and edit an entire documentary in a month?

@inspired @kairyssdal agreed. If anything this has... stoked the flames of the conversation about the massive markup on a drug that is cheap to make and necessary to life.
@klyons I swear it was like it mumble-talking. Like it was ranting to itself. Among the weirdest vocalizations of an animal I've ever heard. I'll try to record it if pupper gets weepy again.
@kairyssdal I just finished listening to your Friday show and you briefly spoke about the fake Eli Lily tweet about free insulin and how their stock tumbled as a result. Specifically you said, "it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt." I have to say that really rubbed me the wrong way. LLY charges an extortionate amount for insulin: ~$270 for a cost of about $10. They are making this drug that people require to live prohibitively expensive.
I get that you're trying to show how twitter's new leadership is drunk at the wheel, but you maybe picked the worst example to sympathize with. Because seriously, FUCK Eli Lily.
@freemo the dude's always been a fake intellectual. He's a clown and has been *for years*!
