If we're so worried about carbon emissions, until we have carbon-emission-free cargo transportation, beverages shouldn't be transported. Prepared and served on site or concentrate/powder only.
Why are we trucking around water when we have city water systems?
@levisan Yep, and that problem is relatively easy to fix, too. Just buy fountain drinks and drink from the tap. If enough people did this, then the bottled water and soda industry would be forced to lower supply to meet the lowered demand.
