[somber, oppressive music rises]

An actual subtitle from something I watched!

One day, the costs associated with media which really are costs of the physical delivery, and not the media itself, will be remembered as a minute blip in the history of mankind.

What's something you wish you had been taught before you became an adult?

Here's your biannual reminder that "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" does not, in fact, discuss the weather, so singing the opening line because it is snowing is nonsensical.

Drove past a pair of police cars parked facing traffic and an obnoxious distance from the curb.

I get that some rules are questionable (other equal-civilised places allow parking facing traffic) and that police are, arguably, above the law and unaccountable, but you'd think they could at least park against the curb and set a good example.

Every time I use a gif that references something I like, I wish the recipient would get the reference but then I remember that the recipient probably wouldn't care considering they don't already know it.

But it bugs me every time because surely the recipient just thinks it's a random gif.

Sometimes I'll use a gif as a reaction or what-have-you that references a piece of pop culture that I want to reference.

Like I used a MKBHD thumbs up because I like MKBHD. But my boss will just see that as a random dude.

I don't know what to do about this.

I'm not a big MCU or Spider-Man fan but the idea of bringing in other actors who've played the title character for the multiverse concept was brilliant.
