We officially revived the developer website!

It should help for new contributor inboarding and plug-in developers. It's still work-in-progress and quite incomplete but published in a release early, release often logic.

#DevLog : Thanks to "CmykStudent", #GIMP 2.99.14 will be able to export #PSD files as #CMYK(A), with 8 or 16-bit precision ! 🥳
