Funny how wealthy Americans will readily accuse Biden of “buying votes” with student debt forgiveness but had no issue with Trump signing massive tax cuts for themselves. Hello?

Do you want to see what voting would look like if white people set it up for just white people? Well, we don't have to wonder. There's an actual real world example that we can look at right now. Let's look at Utah.

Utah is 87% Caucasian and only 1% black by population. In Utah:

➡️ EARLY VOTING exists.
➡️ MAIL IN VOTING exists.
➡️ ONLINE REGISTRATION exists.
➡️ SAME DAY registration exists.
➡️ ALL REGISTERED VOTERS are automatically sent ballots.
➡️ Not ballot applications. ACTUAL BALLOTS.
➡️ You get an AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION if there's any problem with your signature so you can correct it in time for your vote to be counted.
➡️ You DO NOT NEED proof of citizenship to register to vote or to cast your vote. They just trust you.
➡️ If you are a CONVICTED FELON, you regain your right to vote once you serve your sentence.
➡️ Or even if you are merely granted PAROLE OR PROBATION.

Yet, despite all this, for some reason, Republicans never seem to mention potential voter fraud in Utah.

Gee, I wonder what the difference is.

Modern fascists always attack women, immigrants, & LGBTQ+ people first. They long for a white-led, patriarchal, theocratic society.

Remember that when you see reproductive rights, gay rights, and migrant rights stripped away.

The state of abortion rights in the U.S. unequivocally demonstrates that women are second class citizens. If I see someone online admitting they were wrong when presented with a good counterargument, my trust and affection for that person go up like 1000x. I don’t need someone to already know everything, I need them to care about getting it right more than their ego.

Yesterday, #Trump repeated a vile lie, falsely accusing Democrats of having babies "executed after birth" — similar to a claim Nazis made to vilify Jews.

Most media ignored the lie & wrote that Trump is "moderating on abortion."

This is how the media are normalizing fascism.

Biden is announcing a new plan to reduce student debt for about 30M Americans & cancel it entirely for more than 4M, on top of the $146B he's already canceled — this after Republicans successfully sued to block previous debt relief.

Imagine suing to keep Americans in debt!

When you hear them say

no, instead remind them

If this country was truly “pro-life,” we would have Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, gun reform, universal child care, and a living wage.

@CLMilne @mekkaokereke I'm torn about it. I'm ticked off that the networks didn't think the woman's NCAA FINAL was worth prime time. Of course it was. On the other side, though, I'm happy that so many young girls who might not have been able to stay up past 11 on a school night were able to watch it in the afternoon. Not the reason for the timing, but a happy byproduct.
