Wow, venera.social, a #Friendica site, is super slow today. It was down earlier. Anyone know what's happening there?

@trinsec That would be great. But, as I explore #Friendica, I wonder how many people use it. It is a lot more complicated than #Mastodon. I'm trying another Friendica server, and it is also slow.
@lsitongia It's got a lot more features than just 'microblogging', yes. If memory serves, they were doing a more Facebook-like approach, including calendars and suchlike. It's also awfully buggy imo, as interacting with Friendica-servers is kinda hit and miss in replying to their posts and vice versa. That's my experience anyway.
No clue why they'd be slow though.
