Ran 5.2 mph today with side cramps. That's up 0.4 since last time. I need to drink more water beforehand.

I assumed it was because I started running without drinking enough water. I only had coffee and juice prior to my warm-up. Generally speaking, it's really important to drink plenty of water throughout the day prior to exercising.
